The builders' merchant division is probably the most well known aspect of the Butterfield's operation. Our site covers 4 acres, and enables an ever expanding stock range to be held. In addition to bricks, blocks, elements and plasters supplied as standard, we specialise in the provision of a range of heavyside products to the construction and civil engineering industries.

Our moderm, comprehensive fleet of heavy goods vehicles is essential to our effective operation. With heavy goods vehicles ranging from 7.5 to 32 tonne and offering tipping, crane off-load and fork lift off-load, we have a suitable vehicle for all requirements and are proud of our reputation for fast, efficient delivery.

Whilst we pride ourselves on our delivery service, with our modern handling equipment on site, we also welcome collection by our customers who can be sure of a quick turnaround.
